About The Position

This is a full-time position located in Cordele, GA. The Social Services Tech 1 will supervise individuals on job sites, assist with needs as outlined in the Individual Service Plan (ISP), and complete routes/transportation as needed. The role involves promoting a safe learning environment, working with groups when applicable, documenting and tracking daily progress, and completing assigned training.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED AND one year experience providing social or direct care services to groups of special needs individuals in a human service setting OR associate degree in a related field OR one year experience at the lower level or position equivalent (SSS010).
• Valid Georgia driver’s license is also required.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 1 year experience in a social services setting.

Responsibilities
