About The Position
Pikes Peak Post Acute is hiring a Social Services Director. At Pikes Peak Post Acute, we take pride in working together to provide patient-centered care to our residents. We are looking to expand our team to allow for the highest level of care for our residents. You would be joining a team of professionals committed to improving the lives of those they serve and those they work with.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or in Human Services - MSW preferred
- 2 years of supervised social work experience in a health care setting working directly with individuals.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a post-acute or skilled nursing facility a plus!
Responsibilities
- Direct and provide social services to meet the facility residents' psychosocial needs.
