About The Position
Delmar Gardens of Chesterfield has a need for a Part-Time Social Services Designee (SSD). This role requires experience in a supervisory capacity within Long Term Care. The ideal candidate must be able to interact tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies, and the general public. Strong communication skills and extensive knowledge of community resources are essential. A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or a related field is required. An MSW/LCSW is preferred but not mandatory.
