About The Position
Delmar Gardens of Chesterfield has a need for a Part-Time Social Services Designee (SSD). This role requires experience in a supervisory capacity in Long Term Care. The ideal candidate must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the general public. Strong communication skills and a solid understanding of community resources are essential. Requirements
- Experience in a supervisory capacity in Long Term Care.
- Ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the general public.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of community resources.
- Bachelor Degree in Social Work or related degree.
Nice To Haves
- MSW/LCSW preferred but not required.
