About The Position
At Pikes Peak Post Acute, we take pride in working together to provide patient-centered care to our residents. We are looking to expand our team to allow for the highest level of care for our residents. You would be joining a team of professionals committed to improving the lives of those they serve and those they work with.
Requirements
- Must possess, as a minimum, a high school diploma or its equivalent
Nice To Haves
- Prior health-care experience preferred
- Experience in a post acute or skilled nursing facility preferred
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing our facility’s social service programs under the direction of the Social Services Director.
