About The Position

This Social Services Analyst role primarily focuses on determining and maintaining eligibility for the Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP). This involves assessing eligibility, case management, family support/communication, and collaborative teamwork. Applicants with experience in eligibility determination or case management are encouraged to apply. Managing Time: The ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and allocate time to ensure timely completion of work goals. Acting with Ethics and Integrity: The ability to make choices that reflect ethical standards, integrity and honesty, regardless of circumstances or personal benefit.

Requirements

  • Three years of experience in social services
  • Six years of full-time experience in any field
  • A bachelor's degree
  • Every 30 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as one year of experience towards the six years of full-time work experience in any field. The maximum substitution allowed is 120 semester hours which substitutes for a maximum of four years of experience in any field.

  • Gather and analyze information to determine if families are eligible for CCAP, both initially and on an ongoing basis.
  • Understanding and consistent application of complex federal, state, and agency policies.
  • Accurately and efficiently processing all case activities by required deadlines.
