About The Position

The Social Science/Humanities Research Professional (Part-Time) role provides support with data collection and data management, partnership and communication with project collaborators. This is a grant-funded position and reassignment will be based upon performance, progress toward research goals and continuation of funding. Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer without sponsorship.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in a related social science field with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Significant experience with data management, analysis and reporting with large datasets.
  • Significant clinical or research experience in mental health field.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
  • Values the contributions of others in the work environment.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer without sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • Doctoral Degree in a related social science with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience conducting multi-site evaluation and intervention studies.
  • Experience conducting fidelity visits for evidence-based psychiatric rehabilitation models.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for quantitative and qualitative data collection across multiple research projects using approved methods in collaboration with the research team.
  • Translate study results and intervention tools into visually appealing and translatable information for variety of audiences in partnership with research team members and collaborators.
  • Responsible for data cleaning and coding, and database management for descriptive project reporting and analyses for academic journal manuscripts.
  • Establish and maintain strong, positive relationships and communication with project partners to support collaborative research efforts, including sharing research and training opportunities as well as managing training enrollment and communication.
  • Provide support with writing, editing, reviewing scientific literature and managing references and citations for grant proposals and academic journal articles.
  • Other duties as assigned.
