About The Position

The Social Pod Leader I (SPL I) is an entry-level support role responsible for assisting with therapeutic, social, recreational, and enrichment programming for children and adolescents in clinic, camp, and community-based settings. Employees support client engagement, structured activities, behavior support implementation under supervision, safety monitoring, and documentation. Responsibilities may vary based on state regulations, training completion, supervision level, and assigned program.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to complete required onboarding and training
  • CPR/First Aid certification required
  • Ability to work in active environments with children

Responsibilities

  • Support individualized and group-based programming in clinic, pod, camp, and enrichment settings
  • Assist with implementation of behavior support and skill-building activities under supervision
  • Maintain assigned client supervision ratios and follow program protocols
  • Support client transitions, peer interaction, emotional regulation, and participation
  • Complete required documentation and incident reporting within established timelines
  • Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA, safety, and company policies
  • Participate in required trainings, meetings, and supervision
