About The Position

KEBM is a five-clinic ABA therapy company with four locations across Southern California and one in Georgia, founded in 2016 by a BCBA with 25+ years in the field. Our team of 68+ professionals delivers evidence-based therapy through our proprietary S.O.C.I.A.L. P.O.D.S. methodology. We serve every client who walks through our doors, including insurance-funded, private pay, open play, and camp families. We are women-founded, minority-owned, and prioritize clinical quality and positive outcomes for our people. Our S.O.C.I.A.L. P.O.D.S. methodology is a proprietary group ABA therapy model where social skills, behavior intervention, and individualized goals are delivered within a structured group dynamic. Each pod consists of 3 to 6 clients with varied diagnoses, grouped by age, skill level, and goal alignment. The facilitator-to-client ratio is 1:3 within the pod, with a supervisor always on-site and clinical support readily available. We utilize a push-in/pull-out model for therapy delivery. This role is designed to prevent the burnout often experienced by RBTs in traditional ABA settings by providing constant on-site supervision and a clear career progression path.

Requirements

• Hold RBT certification or obtain it within 90 days of hire.
• Read data before acting on intuition and understand the difference between being a clinician and just an implementer.
• See KEBM's pipeline as a path to a Lead RBT or Program Supervisor Trainee role.
• Believe in the 'never alone' support structure.

Nice To Haves

• 1+ years of ABA experience in a clinical or in-home setting.
• BCaBA pathway progress (graduate coursework, supervised hours accumulating).
• Bilingual (Spanish).
• Crisis intervention training (CPI, Safety Care, PCM).

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA programs across clinic, home, and community settings.
• Deliver group therapy within S.O.C.I.A.L. P.O.D.S., managing group dynamics while individualizing across 3 learners at a 1:3 ratio, with clinical support always available.
• Collect accurate data and analyze progress toward individual client goals, reading trends and flagging observations for the BCBA.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, Program Supervisors, and fellow pod members as part of a clinical team.
• Support open play and camp programming, demonstrating the same commitment to camp kids as to insurance clients.
• Adjust interventions based on real-time response, utilizing autonomy within the clinical plan.
