About The Position

Social Media Student Content Creators work closely with the Assistant Director of Social Media and the Social Media Student Worker team in the Marketing and Communications Office to help generate video content for the college's social media channels. This position involves attending St. Olaf events and being out and about on campus to gather and create content. This position also requires the ability to work within a team to brainstorm and create content together.

Requirements

• Early adopter of social media
• Know and use a variety of social media channels — particularly Instagram and Tik Tok
• Ability to create video content (filming and editing)

Responsibilities

• Filming on a smart phone and editing video content
• Attending St. Olaf events and being out and about on campus to gather and create content
• Working within a team to brainstorm and create content together
