About The Position

Looking for Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our online presence. This role is responsible for developing engaging content, executing social media strategies, and analyzing performance to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement across multiple platforms.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, ever-changing digital environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with retail, photography, or video production brands.
  • Basic knowledge of photo/video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).

Responsibilities

  • Develop, create, and publish engaging content across various social media platforms.
  • Plan and execute social media strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand visibility.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  • Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to optimize content and strategies.
  • Create and manage social media campaigns, including promotions and influencer collaborations.
  • Oversee paid social media advertising, including budget management and performance tracking.
  • Ensure all content aligns with AVC Photo & Video Store’s brand voice, values, and overall marketing strategy.
