About The Position

Shamrock Roofing is seeking a Social Media & Recruiting Coordinator to scale their roofing sales team. This role is responsible for creating content that attracts potential applicants and managing the hiring funnel from initial contact to final interviews. Requirements

  • Portfolio or active social accounts demonstrating ability to produce performing short-form video.
  • Comfortable on camera and behind the camera.
  • Strong phone presence and written communication skills.
  • Organized to manage a candidate pipeline effectively.
  • Self-starter mentality.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in trades, home services, or recruiting.
  • Basic editing skills in CapCut, Premiere, or similar software.
  • Experience hiring or screening candidates.
  • Experience growing a social account from zero.

Responsibilities

  • Produce 5-10 short-form videos per week across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Capture day-in-the-life footage with sales reps, install crews, and storm chases.
  • Write hooks, scripts, and captions to attract applicants.
  • Manage employer-brand presence on LinkedIn and Facebook.
  • Track content performance metrics (views, applicants per video, cost per qualified lead).
  • Respond to inbound applicants within 24 hours.
  • Conduct initial 15-minute phone screens using a defined scorecard.
  • Schedule qualified candidates with the sales manager for ride-alongs and final interviews.
  • Maintain the applicant tracker (CRM/spreadsheet).
  • Follow up with candidates who have stalled or gone silent.
