About The Position
Shattered Studios is a nonprofit organization dedicated to sharing hope and faith with young people through various creative mediums including gaming, media, and the arts. They develop engaging resources such as comic books, podcasts, video content, and games that convey faith principles. The organization also provides avenues for young people to explore their creativity and faith, and collaborates with like-minded organizations for outreach. A significant focus is placed on addressing the rise in mental health issues among young people. Shattered Studios also supports artists, creatives, and individuals involved in 'Geek Culture' (video games, board games, etc.) who may feel alienated by traditional church environments. Recently, they have expanded their work to include TCKs (Third Culture Kids), who often face unique challenges and mental health concerns due to their upbringing in diverse cultures. This role can be either part-time or full-time, with the potential to expand based on the applicant's interests, qualifications, and availability. Open positions may also be combined to form a full-time role. This is a support-based position requiring the maintenance of a personal ministry support team. Remote work is acceptable, though living near Orlando, Florida is considered a plus.

Responsibilities
- Create, monitor, and post online and social media content across platforms such as Discord, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and Shattered’s website.
- Work closely with the Executive Director to determine content, posting frequency, and comment responses.
- Assist in developing and implementing an overall online strategy for social media and online content.
- Help manage other Shattered Studios team members to meet content goals.
