About The Position
Greenway Hyundai Orlando is seeking a creative, results-driven Social Media Officer to elevate our dealership’s digital presence and drive sales and service traffic through engaging online content. If you love creating content, filming vehicle walkarounds, staying on top of social trends, and turning engagement into real business results — we want to meet you.
Requirements
- 1+ year social media management experience
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook & TikTok trends
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, or similar tools
- Comfortable being on-site, , capturing real-time dealership content
- Self-starter with high energy and strong communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Automotive experience is a plus (not required)
Responsibilities
- Create daily content (photos, Reels, short-form videos, promotions)
- Highlight new inventory, sales specials, service offers, and events
- Manage Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google Business
- Respond to comments and messages professionally
- Generate leads through social campaigns and direct messaging
- Track engagement and report performance metrics
- Work closely with Sales and BDC teams to support monthly goals
