About The Position

We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented Social Media Marketing Coordinator to grow our brand's presence. You'll create and schedule content, engage with our online community, and help capture and produce content at live events — including video shoots, trade shows, and industry conferences. This role requires occasional travel.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in social media, marketing, or a related field
Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills
Comfort with basic video/photo editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere/Photoshop, Elementor, etc.)
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
Willingness and ability to travel periodically for events and shoots (approx. 10–20%, may include some overnight travel)
Must be based in or near the Cleveland, OH area

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)

Responsibilities

Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Create and distribute a monthly newsletter and blogs. Vlogs, etc.
Coordinate and assist with on-location video shoots and photo content
Represent ADS at trade shows and industry events, capturing real-time content and engaging with attendees
Monitor social channels, respond to comments/messages, and support community engagement
Track performance metrics and report on campaign results
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams to align messaging
Stay current on platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging social tools
