Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
• At least 3-5 year's experience in social media management or similar role
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
• Knowledge of major social media platforms and audience engagement strategies
• Ability to create visually appealing and impactful content

Responsibilities

• Develop and curate engaging, high-quality content across social media platforms
• Manage and schedule posts while maintaining a consistent and unified brand voice
• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and engage with our audience
• Create and manage social media campaigns and paid advertising initiatives
• Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics to optimize engagement and reach
• Stay current on social media trends, tools, and best practices
• Collaborate with leadership and staff to highlight programs, events, and resident life
