About The Position

East View Companies is seeking a Social Media & Market Research Specialist to join their team. This multifaceted role will support the marketing efforts for East View Map Link's brands and services, while also serving as a social media, communications, and support resource for East View Geospatial and East View Information Services. The specialist will work within a centralized marketing team, focusing on statistical analysis for marketing, writing copy for social media, managing weekly e-campaigns, and contributing content to multiple websites. The position requires in-person engagement with the marketing team at the corporate headquarters and at the East View Map Link location in Maple Plain, MN at least one day every two weeks. Requirements

Associate's degree in Marketing & Sales, or equivalent, a minimum.
Two + years of experience in Direct E-mail marketing and SEO & lead-generation
Familiarity with CRM systems
Two + years of experience with website CMS systems (Shopify & WordPress)

Responsibilities

Monitors, analyzes, and reports on website traffic and user behavior patterns using Google Analytics 4 and other statistic platforms to identify growth opportunities and site performance.
Creates, monitors, and reports on digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook Instagram, and X.
Backup for triage of incoming sales leads and orders.
Provides website analytics to increase awareness of emerging trends.
Supports creation of new web pages on existing page updates.
Develops and implements proper SEO tactics.
