The Social Media Manager will lead the day-to-day strategy and execution across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Pinterest, bringing the brand's key marketing priorities to life through a social-first approach. As part of the Marketing team, this role will partner closely with Creative’s Associate Social Art Director and cross-functional teams to develop engaging content, foster an active community, and ensure every platform reflects the Haus Labs brand voice and creative vision. This role will own community management, UGC strategy, social content planning, publishing, and performance reporting, using insights to optimize content and identify new opportunities for growth. The ideal candidate is highly organized and comfortable juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. They can easily adapt when priorities shift, keep content calendars and assets organized, and have a sharp eye for detail. They're proactive, collaborative, and enjoy finding creative solutions while keeping projects moving and deadlines on track.
