About The Position

Ashley Martin Home is an interior design firm located in Winter Park, FL, serving clients both locally and nationally. We are seeking a Social Media Manager with a deep understanding of aesthetics, composition, color theory, and typography. This role views social media as a high-end editorial platform and requires someone who can build a community through authentic, high-quality engagement. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end aesthetic of our social media feeds, ensuring a cohesive, elevated, and inviting digital presence that mirrors our physical studio.

Requirements

• A natural intuition for composition, lighting, and interior styling.
• Expertise in Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Facebook.
• Mastery of mobile editing tools like Edits App or CapCut (or similar high-end mobile editors).
• Proficiency in Canva for brand-aligned graphics.
• Knowledge of design trends and social formats, with the ability to filter them through a lens of "timeless elegance" before applying them to our brand.
• Must be located in the Orlando area.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Lightroom) is a significant plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end aesthetic of our Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Facebook feeds, ensuring every post aligns with the Ashley Martin Home "look and feel."
• Capture and edit high-quality photo and video content on-site in Winter Park, including behind-the-scenes at installs, styling sessions, and lifestyle staging.
• Write compelling, evocative copy that speaks to the "why" behind our designs, connecting with our community while staying on brand.
• Tailor content specifically for each platform—from high-energy, aesthetic Reels/TikToks to curated, aspirational boards on Pinterest.
• Foster a warm, professional environment in our comments and DMs, engaging with our community.
