About The Position

Experienced Social Media Manager + Content Creator needed for organic social strategy and content for growing senior care start-up. Part-time hire with 10-20 hours/week to start with potential for growth with the right candidate. We are looking for someone confident in organic content creation and analytics to drive our social media presence, creating high quality, original content to boost brand visibility and trust, drive traffic to our website, grow our social following, and improve engagement rates. As a caregiving platform, we hold ourselves to a high standard of authenticity and trust with our audiences. We’re looking for someone who produces thoughtful, quality content tailored to our unique audience segments, helping us build a solid foundation for brand awareness and growth.

Requirements

  • Confident in organic content creation and analytics.

  • Strong copy skills.
  • Awareness of audience segments and channels.
  • Experience with Loomly.
  • Experience with Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok.

  • Experience coordinating with paid marketing campaigns.
  • Expertise growing YouTube and TikTok channels.
  • B2B Marketing and LinkedIn - organic and/or paid.
  • Knowledge of healthcare, insurance, caregiving, senior care, dialysis, or other types of in-home care.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute an organic social media strategy based on brand guidelines, product offerings, seasonal topics, brand partnerships, and business goals.
  • Actively oversee channel engagement, monitoring comments, and seeking out opportunities for interaction or reposting.
  • Test different types of content, evaluate performance, identify trends and opportunities.
  • Plan and schedule monthly social calendar with 1-3 posts per week.
  • Write creative copy, captions, and scripts, with strategic tagging and hashtags.
  • Tailor content to different audience segments based on channels.
  • Collaborate with the Sales/Business, Design, and Copy teams.
  • Coordinate with paid marketing campaigns and SEO efforts.
  • Present monthly analytic reports with strategic suggestions for improvement.
  • Maintain a schedule of availability for communicating with the team, ensuring any requests are met in a timely manner.
