The Social Media Lead is responsible for owning and executing DATAMARK’s organic social media strategy across relevant platforms, with a primary focus on LinkedIn. This role develops and manages a cohesive content strategy that aligns with broader marketing objectives, brand positioning, and demand generation initiatives.

Requirements

  • Located 100% onsite in San Antonio, Texas
  • At least 5 years in B2B marketing
  • HubSpot experience
  • Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools like HubSpot, Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills, with the ability to draft, proof, and refine executive- and brand-level social content for clarity, accuracy, tone, and consistency
  • Skilled in social media analytics, highly skilled in B2B and LinkedIn marketing including the ability to review, validate, and interpret key metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, clicks, traffic contribution), and translate data into actionable recommendations
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience managing social media for B2B brands
  • Proven experience managing and growing LinkedIn
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer (unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa)

Nice To Haves

  • BPO experience is preferred
  • 6-8 years of experience managing social media for B2B brands preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and optimize the social content calendar, ensuring consistent publishing, platform best practices, and cross-team alignment.
  • Create, curate, and oversee high-quality social content, including copy, basic visuals, and collaboration with designers for advanced creative.
  • Support executive and SME thought leadership by drafting content and positioning DATAMARK as a leader in BPO, CX, and digital transformation.
  • Partner with marketing, PPC, content, analytics, and HR teams to support integrated campaigns, demand generation, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Track, analyze, and report on social performance, providing actionable insights, optimization recommendations, and visibility into trends and opportunities.
