About The Position

Dynamic Catholic is seeking a hungry, humble, mission-driven, and growth-obsessed Social Media Lead to own and expand our social footprint. This is an optimization role, not a startup role — you’ll inherit established accounts with five and six-figure followings and a deep vault of world-class content, then take them in a stronger, bolder direction to reach people we’ve never reached before. We Have: A Content Vault Ready to Explode: Years of world-class videos, books, reflections, and programs from Matthew Kelly and other strategic voices. The content exists, it needs a master repackager. Established Audiences at Scale: Social accounts with five and six-figure follower counts. You’re not building from scratch; you’re optimizing a machine that’s already running. An Innovative Space: We operate with an entrepreneurial spirit, constantly trying new things, taking bold risks, and challenging the status quo to achieve our mission. You Have: Desire to Serve a Great Mission - You desire to make a real impact. But in order to do that, you are willing and eager to place your gifts and talents at the service of a Mission that is much greater than yourself. An AI-Powered Workflow: You use AI tools daily to create, manage, and repurpose content — doing the work of a team with the bandwidth of one. Growth Instincts: You see an existing content library and immediately spot ten ways to repackage it for new audiences, new formats, and new platforms. Structure-First Discipline: You thrive working within the goals and rhythms of the organization. Mission priorities and a world-class brand come first; personal preferences come second. What You’ll Do: Channel Management & Growth: Own the day-to-day management and strategic growth of all Dynamic Catholic social accounts. Content Repackaging: Transform our existing library into platform-native content that reaches new people where they are. AI-Driven Efficiency: Build and refine AI-assisted workflows to multiply output without multiplying bandwidth. Experimentation & Reporting: Test new formats and audiences, track what works, and report results with rigor.
