Requirements

  • Send us your resume and link to samples of your work (a google drive is often easiest).
  • We're not specifically looking for a video editor, graphic designer, etc. We are more about how you think creatively and how you deliver on those concepts.
  • Show us how you take an idea and turn it into something people would want to watch, read, share, or engage with.
  • Ability to withstand environmental conditions of auto body shop (smell, sound, etc)
  • Ability to sit at a desk, working on the computer for extended periods of time
  • Ability to provide remote work environment that is secluded from distractions and allows for confidentiality as needed
  • Travel required to Company locations (clean and valid license required)

  • Is a creative thinker who can brainstorm ideas with the team and actually help make them happen
  • Has a good eye for content and can conceptualize, direct, and capture photos and videos
  • Is naturally organized, responsible, and good at following through
  • Is comfortable in front of the camera when the content calls for it
  • Makes other people feel comfortable on camera, including employees who may not be used to filming Reels
  • Is proactive in seeking opportunities to capture social media content and posting
  • Is willing and excited to be active in the locations and shops to better understand the collision repair industry
  • Is mindful of safety and shop precautions
  • Portfolio can include: Reels and/or social media posts, Photos or short-form videos, Content concepts, campaigns, or personal projects, Other graphics

Responsibilities

  • Capture clear, relevant, and usable media (images and videos) across all locations & at our company events both spontaneously and strategically
  • Attend occasional community events & activities (some nights and weekends may be included) to obtain content
  • Create reels, stories, posts, and other social content that fits our brand
  • Develop content planning strategy in advance so we always have something worth sharing
  • Manage and maintain social media
  • Connect with our customer base professionally and personably
  • Work closely with all company team members but especially well with marketing team to take ideas from concept to deliverable
  • Daily navigation of multiple social media and content management/creation tools (Buffer, FB Meta, Microsoft/Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, etc)
  • Coordinate and/or support local promotions, campaigns, and community projects on behalf of the company
  • Ability to utilize AI appropriately. We know AI can be a great tool, but we believe that building genuine relationships with people in our community requires human intentionality within the creation of exceptionally distinct content rather than something generic
  • Bi-weekly attendance of Marketing Team Meetings
  • Collaborate regularly with shop team members without disruption
