AutoPayPlus is seeking a Social Media & Influencer Specialist to join our Marketing team in Orlando. This role is ideal for a creative, strategic marketer who can elevate our brand presence, build trust online, and create meaningful engagement across social channels, influencer partnerships, and digital communities. For over 20 years, AutoPayPlus has helped everyday people improve their financial future through automated payment technology and early loan payoff solutions. As we continue to grow, this role will help strengthen our brand, reputation, and connection with members, partners, and prospective employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional social media marketing experience.
• Strong writing, storytelling, content creation, and brand voice development skills.
• Experience with social media management, content scheduling, and analytics platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, collaborate cross-functionally, and represent the AutoPayPlus brand professionally online.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with influencer marketing, brand ambassador programs, or partnership development preferred.
• Experience using AI tools to improve creative workflows while maintaining human oversight and brand quality.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute AutoPayPlus’ social media strategy in alignment with business goals, brand standards, and marketing campaigns.
• Create engaging content across major social platforms, including short-form video, photography, graphics, stories, and written content.
• Build and manage relationships with influencers, dealership partners, brand ambassadors, and industry advocates.
• Monitor and engage with online communities by responding to comments, messages, and reviews while protecting the AutoPayPlus brand reputation.
• Measure and report on social media performance, providing recommendations to improve engagement, reach, and business impact.
• Support recruiting, member retention, product launches, public relations, executive thought leadership, dealership marketing, and community engagement initiatives.
