About The Position

RYSE Supplements is looking for a Community Specialist to join their social media and content team. This role focuses on engaging with the audience, identifying trends, and bringing the RYSE brand to life online. The specialist will be the primary point of contact for customers and creators, responsible for responding to inquiries, spotting viral moments, contributing creative ideas, and occasionally appearing in social content.

  • Comfortable on camera with strong presentation skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong written communication skills and a fun, engaging brand voice.
  • Proactive and creative—able to spot trends and turn them into actionable ideas.
  • Experience with social engagement or community management preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day community management across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X (Twitter), Discord, and emerging social platforms.
  • Build genuine relationships with the RYSE community by responding to comments, DMs, mentions, and user-generated content in a timely, authentic, and on-brand voice.
  • Proactively identify and engage with creators, athletes, ambassadors, and brand advocates to strengthen the RYSE community.
  • Manage influencer outreach, product seeding, gifting, and ongoing relationship communication to support campaigns and long-term partnerships.
  • Monitor social conversations, trends, and competitor activity to uncover opportunities for engagement and content creation.
  • Identify trending sounds, formats, memes, and cultural moments, and collaborate with the content team to bring them to life in a way that feels native to each platform.
  • Work closely with the Influencer and Social Media Manager to support campaign execution, creator activations, and product launches.
  • Track community sentiment and surface customer feedback, product insights, and frequently asked questions to internal teams.
  • Help manage influencer platforms, outreach tools, and creator databases to keep partnerships organized and growing.
  • Assist with PR gifting, product seeding, and creator communications, ensuring a premium brand experience from first touch through campaign completion.
  • Support reporting by tracking community engagement, influencer performance, campaign results, and emerging social trends, providing actionable insights to the marketing team.
  • Occasionally create or appear in low-fi, trend-driven social content when it supports community engagement or brand storytelling.
