About The Position
B2Spin is looking for a talented Social Media Designer with strong motion and video skills to bring our Free-to-Play Social Casino brand to life across digital platforms. You'll own the end-to-end creative production of static, animated, and short-form video content — working across teams to deliver campaigns that captivate audiences and push creative boundaries in a fast-moving, trend-driven space.
Requirements
- Proven background in graphic design, motion design, and video editing, with a portfolio demonstrating strong social-first creative across multiple formats
- Deep fluency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or equivalent — comfortable moving between static design and motion/video work seamlessly
- Solid understanding of social media platforms, content specs, algorithmic behaviours, and what makes content perform
- Experience using AI-assisted creative tools (such as Freepik, ChatGPT, or Gemini) to support and speed up production workflows
- Industry experience in social casino, sweepstakes casino, iGaming, or a closely related entertainment or gaming sector
- A sharp eye for branding, typography, layout, and visual storytelling — with the discipline to apply these consistently at pace
- Experience collaborating with or reviewing the output of external creative agencies, with the confidence to give actionable, constructive feedback
Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality static graphics, motion design, and short-form video content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Video, and beyond — tailored to each platform's audience and format
- Collaborate closely with Social Media, Promo, and CRM teams to concept and deliver multi-channel campaigns that maintain a consistent, compelling brand identity
- Leverage AI image and video generation tools to accelerate creative output and explore new visual possibilities without compromising quality
- Review and provide clear, constructive feedback on external agency work, acting as a creative gatekeeper for brand standards
- Stay ahead of design trends, viral formats, and emerging tools — bringing fresh creative thinking that keeps B2Spin culturally relevant and visually distinctive
- Manage your workflow, revisions, and deadlines efficiently using project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, or ClickUp
