About The Position

TENEX.AI is seeking a creative, detail-obsessed Social Media & Graphic Design Intern to enhance its digital presence. This role involves owning the visual identity of the brand's social media, translating complex cybersecurity concepts into engaging content, designing assets, and building a professional portfolio. The intern will have real ownership, crafting the brand's look and feel across platforms like LinkedIn, designing scroll-stopping assets, and contributing to a portfolio of impactful work.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
  • Portfolio of social content, design work, or campus creative projects required.
  • Strong visual eye and passion for design, storytelling, and social media.
  • Proficiency in Canva.
  • Understanding of LinkedIn B2B content dynamics and best practices.
  • Ability to translate complex ideas into clean visuals.
  • Organized self-starter capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Comfortable working fast without sacrificing quality.
  • Curious about cybersecurity, AI, and technology trends.
  • Proactive: you bring ideas, not just completed tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Own the content calendar, maintain brand voice, monitor engagement, identify trends, and track performance metrics.
  • Design social assets and brand collateral using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma.
  • Create short-form videos and develop visual templates.
  • Support broader marketing design needs.
  • Collaborate on campaign execution, turn updates into visual content, and repurpose long-form material.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
  • Own and present a Social Media Brand Playbook for TENEX.AI, including a comprehensive social media strategy, a visual brand kit, a content series concept, a short-form video or motion graphics prototype, and a performance framework.
