About The Position

Orgenesis is a global biotechnology company focused on advancing decentralized cell and gene therapy solutions that improve access to innovative healthcare worldwide. Our marketing and communications team plays a key role in building brand awareness, engaging audiences, and communicating our mission across digital platforms. We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to manage and grow our online presence. The Social Media Coordinator is responsible for developing, scheduling, publishing, and monitoring content across all social media platforms. This role supports brand awareness, audience engagement, and marketing campaign execution. The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, highly organized, and passionate about digital communication.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and best practices.
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and creativity.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, schedule, and publish content across platforms such as LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels.
  • Manage social media content calendars and posting schedules.
  • Ensure timely execution of campaigns and promotions.
  • Develop engaging posts, captions, and multimedia content.
  • Collaborate with designers and marketing teams to create visuals and videos.
  • Curate relevant industry news and thought leadership content.
  • Adapt messaging for different platforms and audiences.
  • Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions.
  • Respond to inquiries and engage with followers in a timely manner.
  • Foster community engagement and brand loyalty.
  • Escalate sensitive issues to appropriate teams when needed.
  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions).
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Identify trends and insights to improve content strategy.
  • Support data-driven decision-making for campaigns.
  • Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate social media promotions for product launches and events.
  • Support paid social media advertising efforts.
  • Collaborate with marketing, PR, and communications teams.
