About The Position
Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a seasonal Social Media Coordinator to join our team at UBS Arena in Elmont, New York. As a Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for engaging with the local community and facilitating marketing campaigns on a variety of platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent work experience required
- Excellent working knowledge of social media platforms
- Strong photography and videography skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice To Haves
- Experience using a social media content management system preferred
Responsibilities
- Create and execute marketing content strategies using a range of social media channels
- Work with marketing leaders and Digital Marketing to establish and report on social media metrics regularly to the leadership team
- Report social media engagement results regularly to the leadership team
- Adhere to company social media compliance standards and policies
- Establish key local community marketing relationships such as destination marketing organizations
