Socially Inspired is looking for a St. Louis based Social Media Coordinator to join their growing agency team. In this role, you will create engaging, high-quality content for a diverse portfolio of clients, helping shape brand voices and drive measurable marketing results. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or related field
  • 1-2+ years of professional experience in content creation, copywriting, or a similar role
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Strong creative thinking and ideation abilities
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Nice To Haves

  • Agency experience preferred
  • Experience with Canva or other design tools
  • Familiarity with social media management platforms (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Buffer)
  • Basic understanding of content performance metrics and analytics

Responsibilities

  • Write, edit, and proofread compelling content across social media platforms
  • Develop content tailored to multiple clients, ensuring alignment with each brand’s voice and goals
  • Generate creative ideas that engage and resonate with target audiences
  • Support the development and execution of content strategies for multiple clients
  • Conduct research on target audiences, competitors, and industry trends
  • Build and manage content calendars to ensure consistent and timely delivery
  • Create engaging visual content, including reels and short-form video
  • Design graphics using tools like Canva or similar platforms
  • Ensure all visuals align with brand standards and messaging
  • Work directly with clients to understand their business objectives and content needs
  • Maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and delivery
  • Attend local client and industry events to capture real-time content (photo, video, social updates)
  • Create live, on-the-ground storytelling experiences for client brands
  • Represent Socially Inspired in the St. Louis community
  • Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools
  • Provide insights and reporting to improve future content strategies
  • Use data to optimize engagement and campaign effectiveness
  • Partner with internal teams across design, marketing, and sales
  • Collaborate with influencers and partners on content initiatives
  • Ensure consistency across all client deliverables
