Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, media, communications, or related fields preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to pull and interpret data.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality assurance.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and trends.
- Based in Montreal (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Assist in expanding Goalcast’s content reach across social media platforms, with a primary focus on YouTube, Facebook, and Snapchat, and secondary support across Instagram, TikTok, and Spotify.
- Schedule and publish content across all relevant platforms, ensuring posts go live according to the content calendar and platform best practices.
- Curate compelling stories from existing content, selecting the most impactful moments and adapting them for different social platforms.
- Package content for each platform, including writing optimized titles, descriptions, captions, and selecting thumbnails to maximize reach and engagement.
- Manage day-to-day community engagement, including image posts, status updates, polls, and comment moderation.
- Pull and analyze weekly performance data across all pages, identifying key insights and opportunities for growth.
- Monitor and manage monetization alerts, resolving copyright issues and platform-related flags promptly.
- Stay up to date on platform changes and evolving best practices to maximize content performance and distribution effectiveness.
