About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Social Media Coordinator to join our team. This role involves a variety of tasks including social listening, review and scheduling of partner submissions, drafting and revising social content, and coordinating our overall social media presence across different platforms. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for engaging content, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Daily Social Listening: Monitor our social media platforms and those of our partners to keep track of mentions, shares, and general engagement. Use tools like Sprinklr for monitoring, with an understanding that LinkedIn requires manual tracking.
  • Engagement Strategy: Implement the agreed strategy of limiting LinkedIn engagement to 3-4 posts per day to manage time effectively while ensuring consistent daily monitoring.
  • Content Tracking: Populate our tracking system with details on partner posts including the company name, link, and how we engaged with it, ensuring thorough coverage despite the varying posting behaviors of our partners.
  • Review Partner Submissions: Evaluate partner social submissions and integrate them into our content calendar, ensuring a smooth scheduling process.
  • Scheduling Confirmations: Send out confirmation emails to partners detailing when their submissions are scheduled, including live updates with links to the submitted content.
  • Drafting Social Content: Create compelling social media posts, adapting the copy as necessary for different platforms and ensuring all necessary materials (copy, links, graphics) are sourced and utilized.
  • Sprinklr Scheduling: Manage the scheduling of posts via Sprinklr, aligning with the weekly content production schedule.
  • Social Snippets and Snapshot: Produce weekly social snippets and a bi-monthly Social Snapshot report to summarize engagement and performance across our social media channels.
  • Top Performing Content Analysis: Analyze engagement metrics to identify top-performing partner content, requiring meticulous review of each link.
  • Meeting Participation: Share responsibility for attending social media-related meetings, with attendance varying by week.
  • Handle general administrative tasks including email correspondence, chat messages, and support requests.
  • Perform revisions to social copy, URLs, graphics, and make necessary adjustments to the content calendar.
  • Respond to ad hoc social requests and additions promptly.
  • Coordinate the execution of monthly newsletters (both global and regional) and other email campaigns targeting our partner contacts database.
  • Regularly draft, test, and post content for our partner social channels, particularly on Twitter and LinkedIn.
