About The Position

Adolescent Wellness Academy and Principles Recovery Center are seeking an experienced Social Media & Content Strategist to elevate our digital presence and authentically tell the stories of the clients, families, and teams we serve. This is a highly independent, results-focused role offering significant creative ownership. We are looking for a professional who can develop strategy, create compelling content, and drive measurable growth across our brands.

Requirements

2+ years of direct social media management experience required.
1+ year of behavioral health experience required.
Strong photography, videography, content creation, and copywriting skills.
Proficiency with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver results with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

Develop, create, and manage content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Visit all three facilities weekly to capture photos, videos, team highlights, and program content.
Attend company events, community initiatives, and team gatherings as needed.
Create and present monthly content calendars for approval.
Develop and execute a strategic 6-month social media growth plan.
Track performance metrics and provide recommendations to increase engagement, reach, and brand awareness.
Ensure all content aligns with brand standards, mission, and voice.
