HR&Co. is excited to partner with Augex, an innovative AI startup building the next generation of AI-powered work. Augex is building the future of AI-powered work. Our platform enables experts to package their knowledge into deployable AI agents, allowing organizations to automate expert workflows without hiring additional specialists. We're building an AI agent marketplace that empowers small teams to accomplish extraordinary things. As we continue to grow, we're looking for our first Senior Social Media Content Strategist to establish our social media presence, grow our audience, and tell the Augex story across multiple digital platforms. If you're passionate about AI, content creation, storytelling, and building communities from the ground up, we'd love to hear from you. This is a high-impact, senior role where you'll own the entire social media strategy—from planning and content creation to publishing, community engagement, and performance reporting. You'll work closely with our marketing leadership, founders, product, and engineering teams to create compelling content that attracts two key audiences: Businesses looking to deploy AI agents, and Experts interested in publishing and monetizing their AI agents. This role combines strategy, creativity, analytics, and hands-on execution. You'll have the opportunity to build the social media function from the ground up while helping define the voice of one of the fastest-growing AI startups. We're looking for a seasoned strategist who has already built and scaled social media programs—not just executed against them—and who can operate with a high degree of autonomy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years of professional social media marketing experience
- Proven experience building and scaling social media programs from the ground up, ideally at a technology company, startup, SaaS organization, or agency
- Demonstrated success growing and owning social media channels end-to-end, with measurable results
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, Reddit, and emerging social platforms
- Experience creating and editing short-form video content
- Experience using social media analytics tools to measure performance and optimize campaigns
- Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Descript, or similar platforms
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting
- Comfort operating as a senior individual contributor and strategic partner to leadership

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Augex's social media strategy across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, Reddit, and emerging platforms.
- Own the content calendar to ensure a consistent publishing schedule.
- Create engaging written, visual, and short-form video content.
- Write compelling copy aligned with the Augex brand voice.
- Produce, edit, and publish short-form videos using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Descript.
- Support executive thought leadership by creating content for company leadership.
- Build and engage online communities through comments, direct messages, and discussions.
- Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activity.
- Track performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations for growth.
- Define and own KPIs for channel growth, engagement, and conversion; report regularly to leadership.
- Mentor and collaborate with cross-functional partners as the social media function scales.
- Partner with product, sales, and leadership teams to promote launches, features, and company initiatives.
- Utilize AI tools to accelerate research, content creation, editing, video production, and reporting.
- Document scalable content workflows and best practices, and build the playbook for future marketing hires.
