About The Position

Atomic Golf is seeking a creative and passionate Social Media Content Strategist to join their team in Las Vegas, NV. This role involves taking ownership of the full social media lifecycle, from ideation and production to analytics and iteration. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of social media trends and the entertainment industry, with the ability to execute, improve, and expand the existing social media strategy across various channels. This position reports directly to the Marketing Director.

Requirements

• Proficiency in community management and social listening to build meaningful audience connections.
• Deep understanding of platform-specific algorithms and user behaviors.
• 2+ years of experience managing social media for a brand, venue, or entertainment company with measurable results.
• Exceptional content creation skills, including design, video editing, and copywriting, with the ability to own projects from ideation to final delivery.
• A responsible, accountable, and proactive self-starter.
• Platform Proficiency: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Tool Proficiency: CapCut, Canva, Meta Business Suite, and ManyChat.

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve a data-driven content strategy across all platforms, determining what to create, why it will succeed, and how to pivot when necessary.
• Monitor performance and social insights in real-time, providing actionable data to leadership to drive creative decision-making.
• Collaborate effectively with teammates and cross-functional departments to produce content and fulfill requests within tight timelines.
• Actively manage community engagement by responding to comments and DMs in a timely, brand-aligned tone.
