As part of that mission, we've built PaulAi, a suite of AI agents purpose-built for physical therapy practice owners. Our current agents include Paula (AI phone receptionist), Connie (AI social media content creator), Sanjay (AI financial assistant), and Paul (AI coaching GPT). PaulAi is one of the most exciting things we've ever built and we're just getting started. Our brand new office in Celebration, Florida, is dynamic and fast-paced, filled with a team that's innovative, supportive, and driven to make a real difference for our clients. We're looking for a talented Content Producer to build the PaulAi brand from the ground up - growing and engaging our online audience, creating compelling content, and driving brand awareness across multiple platforms.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in social media content creation, video editing, content production, or social media strategy.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or other editing software.
  • Strong knowledge of Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging content trends. Ability to leverage data and analytics to optimize social media strategies for growth and engagement.
  • Ability to identify engaging moments and transform them into high-performing social media clips including finding fresh, creative ways to bring AI agents to life on screen.
  • Strong writing skills for crafting scripts, captions, storyboards, and articles. Skilled in planning and organizing content strategies, ensuring timely posting schedules, and managing multiple content pieces simultaneously.
  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work closely with the videographer and creative team.

Responsibilities

  • Use data and platform trends to optimize strategies, grow followers, and boost engagement across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn building the PaulAi brand into a recognized name in the physical therapy world.
  • Develop and create high-impact content that showcases what PaulAi agents like Paula, Connie, Sanjay, and Paul can do for clinic owners. Edit videos into platform-specific formats (e.g., Reels, TikToks, Shorts) and repurpose older content for fresh engagement.
  • Edit raw footage into engaging clips (15–30 sec) and create compelling short-form content that aligns with platform best practices and communicates the PaulAi story.
  • Write attention-grabbing storyboards, scripts, and captions that fit each platform's audience helping clinic owners understand how PaulAi can transform their practice.
  • Work closely with the creative team to brainstorm, refine, and optimize content. Ensure content is formatted properly for each platform (e.g., aspect ratios, captions, thumbnails).
