About The Position

The Social Media & Content Manager is responsible for owning and executing the complete social media strategy across four healthcare brands. This role combines content strategy, trend research, video production, creative development, social media management, and performance optimization. The ideal candidate is highly creative, comfortable on-site filming providers and staff, stays ahead of social media trends, and can independently take content from concept to publication. This individual will create engaging content designed to grow followers, increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and support business growth across multiple brands. This is a hands-on role requiring both strategic thinking and content creation expertise.

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of social media management and content creation experience.
  • Strong experience filming and editing short-form video content.
  • Experience managing multiple brands simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms and content trends.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively generate content ideas.
  • Proficiency with Canva
  • Proficiency with CapCut
  • Proficiency with Meta Business Suite
  • Proficiency with TikTok Business Center
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn
  • Proficiency with YouTube

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute social media strategy across brands, ensuring consistent branding, messaging, and audience engagement.
  • Develop and manage content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns, events, and business goals.
  • Identify trends, viral content opportunities, and platform updates to drive follower growth and engagement.
  • Execute social campaigns designed to increase awareness, engagement, patient acquisition, and brand growth.
  • Analyze social media performance and provide recommendations to improve results.
  • Stay current on platform best practices, social trends, and emerging content opportunities.
  • Film providers, staff, community partners, and events to create engaging social media content.
  • Create, edit, and publish videos, reels, TikToks, graphics, stories, and other social-first content.
  • Manage content production from concept to completion, including planning, filming, editing, publishing, and optimization.
  • Ensure all content meets brand standards, compliance requirements, and quality expectations.
  • Engage with followers and manage community interactions across social platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support campaigns, launches, events, and strategic initiatives.
  • Support additional marketing projects and initiatives as assigned by leadership.
