RVA Graphics is looking for a driven, creative, and highly organized Social Media & Marketing Content Manager to help scale our brand presence across digital platforms. This role requires an understanding of storytelling, branding, content strategy, and audience engagement. The ideal candidate can transform real-world projects into compelling marketing content that generates attention, trust, and leads. RVA Graphics specializes in vehicle wraps, signage, graphics, print, and installation services, creating high-impact work for businesses that want to stand out. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and management of consistent, high-quality content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Google Business.
• Build and manage weekly content calendars.
• Film real projects, installs, production processes, and team culture.
• Produce engaging short-form video content.
• Edit videos with strong hooks, captions, branding, and calls-to-action.
• Create static graphics, carousel posts, and branded content.
• Manage posting schedules and audience engagement.
• Track analytics, performance, watch time, reach, and lead generation.
• Identify high-performing content that can be turned into paid ads.
• Collaborate with leadership, sales, and production teams to align messaging and business goals.
