What is the Role Elastic is looking for a creator-first, strategic content leader to drive the day-to-day execution on our social platforms, with a particular focus on evolving YouTube as a core storytelling and discovery channel. Reporting to the Head of Social Media & Editorial, this role is responsible for creating standout, platform-native content and shaping how Elastic’s stories show up across social, from short-form, in-feed moments to longer-form, narrative-driven programming designed to build depth, credibility, and sustained audience engagement. We’re looking for someone who makes content, understands platform-native storytelling (especially video), and has the strategic judgment to translate broader editorial direction into high-impact social and YouTube programming.
