The Content Strategy & Social Media Manager is responsible for defining what content Momofuku Goods makes, why it matters, and how it shows up across social — combining strategic thinking with hands-on creation. This role sits at the intersection of brand storytelling, performance, and execution. You’ll develop content series, formats, and narratives designed to perform on social, guide day-to-day content creation, and ensure what we publish is intentional, coherent, and grounded in how people actually consume content today. This is a hybrid role for someone who can think strategically about content systems and narratives, while also creating, testing, and iterating in real time. You’ll partner closely with the Director of Content & Social, while collaborating cross-functionally with Creative, Paid Media, eCommerce, and Brand. This role is expected to exercise independent judgment over content formats, testing priorities, and series development — not just execute briefs handed down. Salary Description: $90,000 - $115,000 annually + bonus + company stock options What's in it for you?
