About The Position

This contractor role is for a social media and content generalist who can plan, create, and publish high-quality content across LinkedIn and other key B2B channels. You'll support a portfolio of agency and B2B SaaS clients by turning their ideas, offers, and thought leadership into a consistent, on-brand content engine. You'll partner closely with the Agency Account / Marketing Manager, HubSpot Specialist, Notion Specialist, and Designers to ensure social and content work is integrated with broader campaigns and lead-generation goals.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in social media, content marketing, or copywriting for B2B or agency clients.
  • Demonstrated experience managing LinkedIn programs (company and/or executive profiles) with measurable results.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and voice to different brands and leaders.
  • Familiarity with basic marketing funnels and how social/content supports demand generation.
  • Comfortable using tools like Notion, project management platforms, and social scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

  • Content Strategy & Planning Translate client goals, ICP, and offers into simple content plans and series (e.g. weekly themes, content pillars, campaigns).
  • Build and maintain editorial calendars for social channels and content hubs.
  • Repurpose long-form assets (webinars, blog posts, interviews, decks) into snackable posts and content series.
  • Social Media Management (B2B, LinkedIn-First) Own day-to-day content publishing for LinkedIn company pages and select personal profiles.
  • Draft, edit, and schedule posts that sound like the client's voice while staying aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Monitor engagement (comments, DMs, mentions) and flag opportunities, questions, or risks to the Agency Account / Marketing Manager.
  • Coordinate with Designers on visual assets (graphics, carousels, short clips) to support posts.
  • Content Creation & Light Copywriting Write clear, concise copy for social posts, basic landing pages, email snippets, and content teasers.
  • Draft simple outlines or briefs for longer-form content (blogs, guides, case studies) for clients or partner writers.
  • Maintain messaging consistency across posts, emails, and landing pages for each client.
  • Campaign Support & Coordination Align weekly content with active campaigns, launches, events, and partner initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the HubSpot Specialist to ensure social and content work supports nurture, webinar, and lead-gen programs.
  • Help prepare content for events (announcements, recaps, speaker spotlights, partner promos).
  • Measurement & Optimization Track basic performance metrics across channels (reach, engagement, clicks, leads where available).
  • Capture learnings about formats, hooks, and topics that perform best for each client.
  • Propose simple experiments (posting cadence, content types, CTAs) and report results.
