Requirements

• You have 2-4 years of proven experience in social media content creation and community management.
• You are a master of short-form video content (Reels, TikToks) and understand what makes it tick.
• You possess an expert-level understanding of social media platforms, their nuances, and best practices for community engagement.
• You're a skilled writer with a diverse portfolio showcasing your ability to adapt to various brands and channels.
• You have genuine enthusiasm for social media and a keen eye for emerging trends.
• You have experience publishing content across all major social media platforms for a brand.

• A passion for personal finance and fintech is a definite plus!

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end content creation, from concept to publication.
• Develop and publish compelling, engaging content for our key social channels (Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn).
• Actively monitor social platforms, fostering community by responding to comments, DMs, and mentions.
• Collaborate seamlessly with designers, copywriters, and the wider marketing team to align on campaigns and brand messaging.
• Contribute to the strategic development and maintenance of our social media content calendar.
• Stay ahead of the curve on social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to ensure our content is always fresh and relevant.
