About The Position

Nani Adventure Apparel is seeking a Social Media Content Creator with a specialization in Meta platforms (Instagram & Facebook). The ideal candidate has a passion for the outdoors and can translate that lifestyle into engaging, high-performing social media content. This role is crucial for growing the brand, building community, and driving engagement by strategically utilizing Meta platforms. Requirements

  • A genuine love for the outdoors: hiking, paddling, exploring, and beyond
  • Proven experience managing and growing Instagram and/or Facebook accounts
  • Strong understanding of Meta algorithms, content strategy, and audience growth tactics
  • Experience creating engaging, on-brand social media content (video + photo)
  • Confidence in content planning, posting cadence, and social media management tools
  • Ability to interpret analytics and adjust strategy accordingly
  • Strong visual storytelling instincts and editing skills
  • Comfortable being both behind and in front of the camera
  • Self-starter who thrives in a creative, fast-moving environment
  • Alignment with the Nani brand voice, aesthetic, and mission

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with influencer/UGC collaboration strategies
  • Experience with tools like Later, Planoly, or Meta Business Suite

Responsibilities

  • Create engaging, high-quality content tailored specifically for Meta platforms (Instagram & Facebook)
  • Plan, shoot, and edit short-form video and photo content optimized for performance (Reels, Stories, Carousels)
  • Own day-to-day social media execution, including posting, scheduling, and maintaining a consistent brand presence
  • Write captions that reflect Nani’s voice while driving engagement and connection
  • Monitor comments, DMs, and community interactions to foster an active and authentic audience
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on content calendars, campaigns, and product launches
  • Analyze content performance and optimize based on insights (engagement, reach, saves, conversions)
  • Stay on top of trends, audio, and platform updates—and quickly adapt content strategy
  • Capture authentic brand moments—on trails, water, road trips, and everyday adventure
  • Act as a brand ambassador—both online and in the wild

Benefits

  • Base Salary: $60,000 – $72,000 (depending on experience)
