About The Position

Zarla is seeking a Social Media Content Creator & Host to be the face of the company on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. This remote role involves creating and hosting short-form and long-form content that showcases Zarla's AI website builder for small businesses. Content will include product demonstrations, educational how-tos, customer stories, and competitive comparisons. The creator will be responsible for shooting, editing, posting, managing comments, and analyzing performance metrics. The target output is 4-6 short-form videos per week and 2 YouTube videos per month after the initial training period.

Requirements

Proven on-camera presence.
Ability to shoot and edit own work (phone and good lighting acceptable; CapCut, Premiere, or DaVinci proficiency).
Natural, fluent English speaking ability, credible to US small-business owners.
Strong understanding of hooks and audience retention.
Proficiency in using AI tools without sounding artificial.
Demonstrated ability to show up daily and accept coaching.
Submission of 5 hosted videos with performance metrics.
Ability to work remotely in the United States.
Availability for a 90-day renewable contract.

Responsibilities

Host Zarla's short-form and long-form content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

Develop educational content on how small businesses can get found online.
Feature real customer stories.
Create content comparing Zarla to larger competitors.
Shoot and edit video content.
Post content across specified platforms.
Respond to comments on social media posts.
Analyze content performance using analytics.
Participate in coaching based on analytics.
