About The Position

Shepherd Church is seeking a Temporary Social Media Content Creator & Coordinator to manage the day-to-day execution of social media content and engagement. This role will help maintain a strong, consistent, and community-focused online presence by creating and publishing content, managing posting schedules, monitoring engagement, and supporting promotional efforts for church initiatives and events. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.

Requirements

• Experience creating and publishing content for social media platforms, especially Instagram and Facebook.
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage content calendars, scheduling, and recurring weekly tasks.
• Experience with project management platforms such as Asana.
• Ability to adapt quickly, stay organized, and manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
