Responsibilities
- Schedule and publish content across social media platforms, ensuring everything is on-brand and properly tagged
- Monitor brand mentions, comments, and messages daily — liking, replying, and keeping the conversation going
- Build and nurture influencer relationships by engaging with their content, resharing relevant posts, and making sure every collaboration lands the way it should
- Champion our top fans and most active community members — because loyalty deserves recognition
- Stay on top of social media trends and tap into viral moments to drive audience engagement
- Plan and manage paid social media strategies monthly to maximise reach and performance
