About The Position

Quanta Services is looking for a Social Media & Communications Coordinator to join our Corporate Marketing team. This role supports both the communications and social media functions, contributing to content creation, internal publications, and Quanta's digital presence across social platforms. The ideal candidate is a creative, organized self-starter with a foundation in communications and social media and a willingness to grow within a fast-moving corporate marketing environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field;
  • Demonstrated experience or coursework in social media management and content creation;
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills;
  • Familiarity with social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X;
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva preferred;
  • Familiarity with internal communications or employee engagement content a plus;
  • Experience in a corporate or agency marketing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and management of Quanta's social media content calendar across platforms, including drafting, scheduling, and monitoring posts;
  • Assist with the production and distribution of The Grid, Quanta's internal employee publication, including content gathering, copywriting, and coordination with contributors;
  • Write and edit communications content including internal announcements, newsletter copy, and digital content;
  • Collaborate with the Graphics team to develop visual assets that align with brand standards;
  • Track social media engagement and performance metrics and assist in reporting results to the team;
  • Support communications initiatives across corporate and operating company audiences;
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather content, manage deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of communications materials;
  • Assist with ad hoc marketing and communications projects as assigned.
