About The Position

We’re looking for a dedicated Social Media Assistant to join our Marketing team. If you have experience creating content across major digital platforms, enjoy working collaboratively to bring a brand to life online, and can confidently manage day-to-day social operations with a "let's get it done" attitude, then keep reading. Requirements

  • 1–2 years of social media, marketing, or digital content creation experience preferred (relevant internship or freelance experience will also be considered).
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn, along with basic knowledge of scheduling and analytics tools.
  • Excellent written communication with strong copywriting and editing abilities.
  • Creative technical skills, with photography, video editing (CapCut, Premiere, etc.), or graphic design experience being a huge plus.
  • A genuine passion for automotive culture, museums, entertainment, or experiential marketing is strongly preferred!

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and publishing highly engaging content across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
  • Support the development and maintenance of the museum's social media content calendar to ensure a consistent posting schedule.
  • Capture exciting behind-the-scenes content, dynamic event coverage, and day-to-day museum moments for our social platforms.
  • Assist with copywriting for captions, stories, community posts, and short-form video content, while helping organize and maintain digital asset libraries.
  • Monitor social channels daily and assist with responding to comments, messages, and community interactions in a timely, helpful, and professional manner.
  • Track performance metrics (engagement, follower growth, reach) to compile social reports and help research emerging digital trends, creators, and influencer opportunities.
  • Provide hands-on on-site social media support during museum events, exhibition launches, activations, and partner collaborations.
