About The Position

SentinelOne is seeking a Social Media and Motion Designer to join their brand team. This role is responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing motion-driven creative content for social and digital platforms. The designer will play a key role in shaping the brand's visual presence on social media, aiming for content that is visually sharper, more on-trend, and more memorable than typically expected from a security brand. The ideal candidate will have a portfolio demonstrating socially-native creative work with a clear point of view, strong visual storytelling, and attention-grabbing design and motion. This position is based in the U.S. and will be a remote role.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Motion Graphics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years as a motion designer at an agency or in-house team, with a portfolio centered on social and campaign content.
  • A strong, distinctive design sensibility and motion design craft — you know the difference between good and great, and you push for great.
  • Proven ability to tell a story in a short-form, visually-driven format — thumbstopping work, not just polished work.
  • Hands-on experience creating for LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and similar platforms, each with an understanding of what makes content work natively on that platform.
  • Fluency in current social and motion design trends, and a point of view on what's coming next.
  • Comfort working independently and within a multidisciplinary creative team, often with quick turnarounds.
  • Candidates must be located in the United States and will work remotely.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in cybersecurity, technology, or a related industry is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Concept and produce motion-first content built specifically for social: Reels, LinkedIn video, paid social, and emerging formats.
  • Translate brand and campaign strategy into visual storytelling that's distinctive, on-brand, and built to perform in-feed.
  • Push design quality at every stage — from rough concept to final motion polish — with a sharp eye for typography, color, pacing, and detail.
  • Partner closely with art directors, copywriters, and the broader brand team to shape ideas together, not just execute someone else's brief.
  • Stay ahead of social and platform trends, bringing fresh formats and techniques back to the team before they're commonplace.
  • Take ownership of projects start to finish, balancing a high-volume, fast-moving workload with consistently strong craft.
  • Bring outside influences in — film, music, typography, photography, architecture, fashion — and apply that range to how the brand looks and moves on social.
