A FULL HOUSE OF TOTAL REWARDS Competitive Pay: Starting salary range of $64,328.29/yr. - $67,544.70/yr. , depending on experience, with opportunities for annual performance-based increases. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field. An additional two (2) years of applicable experience may be considered in lieu of education.
  • Two (2) years of full-time social media management or digital marketing experience.
  • Strong ability to create engaging, platform-specific content, with a passion for staying current on social medica trends and audience engagement strategies.
  • Proven experience engaging with audiences through live events, real-time Q&As, and immediate updates on promotions and events.
  • Skilled in photography, video creation, and composition, with expertise in iPhone camera features and editing applications.
  • Capable of handling sensitive situations and crises in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment, with strong online reputation management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and build strong internal and external relationships.
  • Highly organized, with strong time management skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changes and priorities.
  • Proficient in measuring and reporting on performance metrics to assess the impact of social media efforts.
  • Innovative mindset with a data-driven approach, focused on continuous improvement and creative solutions for content and engagement strategies.
  • You must obtain and maintain a Gaming License from the Snoqualmie Gaming Commission.
  • Pre-employment drug testing is required for all positions. The use of marijuana will not disqualify an applicant for positions in any department other than Transportation (Valet, Driver I). DOT panel testing is required for the Driver position.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with the casino, gaming, or hospitality industry, with a strong understanding of typical products, services, and customer demographics.
  • Experience promoting hotel and casino events, including live shots, gaming tournaments, and special guest appearances, through social media.
  • Proven background in online customer service and reputation management, with the ability to resolve customer issues effectively and in real-time via social media.
  • Snoqualmie Tribal Member/Native American preference in hiring, in compliance with the Snoqualmie Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance (TERO).

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and engage with comments, direct messages, mentions, tags, and user-generated content, providing timely responses and identifying opportunities to strengthen audience relationships.
  • Develop and implement organic and paid social media strategies for Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel, Crescent Market, and other Tribal enterprises, aligning with business objectives.
  • Attend casino events, including evening and weekends, to engage digital audiences through live social media, Q&As, and real-time updates.
  • Oversee online reputation across platforms such as Google Reviews, Yelp, Glassdoor, and social media, escalating feedback as necessary and ensuring a positive brand image.
  • Identify and leverage strategic opportunities to achieve growth goals and engage with key audiences, enhancing brand presence and loyalty.
  • Develop a monthly content calendar aligned with business objectives and regularly provide analytics and reports to track social media performance and ROI.
  • Coordinate, execute, monitor, and optimize paid social campaigns, including audience targeting, creative testing, budget management, and performance reporting.
  • Produce engaging multimedia content, including video, photography, and graphics, tailored to the unique standards of each social media platform.
  • Coordinate social media contests, giveaways, and promotional ticket allocation, ensuring compliance with official rules.
  • Communicate with other departments to produce effective social media marketing and promotion for specific products, services, and events.
  • Actively assist with and contribute to a wide range of marketing initiatives, including but not limited to promotions, giveaways, event marketing, creative design efforts, and monitoring digital performance metrics.
  • Provide oversight and supervision of event staff during marketing-related events; oversee outside vendors when applicable.
  • Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, emerging technologies, algorithm changes, and competitive activity, recommending opportunities to improve brand relevance and performance.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice, visual identity, and guest experience across social channels while adapting content to the expectations and capabilities of each platform.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
